Diptyque Philosykos Eau De Toilette

Inspired by the fig tree in the heat of summer in Greece, all parts of the tree are captured at various stages of development. In reference to Plato, who believed the fig tree had the power to enhance intelligence, Philosykos means “friend of the fig tree” in Greek. Diptyque’s Philosykos Eau de Toilette is an ode to the entire tree: the green, pungent freshness of the leaves, the bark warmed in the sun and the milky flavour of the green fruit. The fragrance is intensified with a touch of white cedar.
